Overview

Come back in the article, I will introduce to everyone a new plugin, which supports people very effectively when search data in the app. A reminder to anyone who wants to learn and install this plugin, please make sure to have some knowledge about:

Problem

Every database management system always supports searching for relevant data. Kintone allows users to search for data using the filter. However, in my spare time, I've found a very interesting plugin which supports the searching process. Its name is Search plugin. This plugin is different from the filter in a way that all the searching conditions are configured beforehand and all the searching results are based on the entire application data rather than the current data of the application. In the following, I'll introduce that plugin in details.

How to use Plug-in

Setting config

First, we need to set up the config to use. Choose the search field, the condition to search field. Then do not forget to update the setting of the app.

Setting desktop

Set up the config section successfully, the main viewer will see the change from the interface. Some fields have values, and those values are default ones. If you want to clear this value , just click Clear button: If you want to search for data, just click Search button: Then the search results are displayed.

When deleting a search field , this field will not be displayed in the search screen.
