How to create Geo Targeting pages?

I want to implement geo targeting pages on my site Mesheble.com . I don't know exxactly how start from where? If anyone here can help me to create regional pages so that I can show my website according to different regions.

I think the way is:

  • Create a database for regions or modify the existance database
  • Use I18n

I am not sure about this but with wordpress you can use plugins to implement regional pages. You can refer to some of the content below
