Config store redux thunk

Theo doc cua redux.js.org thì khi config store thì config theo syntax : const store = createStore(rootReducer, preloadedState, composedEnhancers)

Mọi người cho mình hỏi tham số preloadedState có ý nghĩa gì vậy?
