hỏi firebase

sao mình upgrade firebase sang vesion 12.2.1 mà deploy tới bước github action config hoặc set up github action deploy thì nó bị lỗi này ,trong github mình có tạo file deploy.yml cho github action không hiều sao bị lỗi
