How to run a python program in PHP without reconnecting a file again and again

am new to python and I am facing an issue. I have a GLOVE library file that contains a quite large data set to process the input on runtime. the main issue is that I am connecting that python code to a PHP website and when a user inserts input, the PHP send the input in python, and the python code starts executing. now at this stage, that glove file also starts executing and takes up to 35 seconds. I want that GLOVE File to take its 35 seconds one time only and after every input, it does not load the file again and again.
